Refund and Returns Policy

At Pixora Frames, we take great pride in providing high-quality custom photo frames, photo albums, photo editing, and photo printing services. Since many of our products are personalized and made according to customer requirements, please read our refund and return policy carefully.


Custom & Personalized Products

Most products offered by Pixora Frames are custom-made or personalized according to the customer’s photos, design preferences, and specifications. Because of this, customized products cannot be returned or refunded once the order has been processed or delivered, unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order details
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Repair of the product
  • Partial or full refund (depending on the situation)

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before the customization or production process begins.

Once the design process or printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled because the product is made specifically for the customer.


Refund Process

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.

Please note that shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our error.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized photo frames
  • Personalized photo albums
  • Edited digital photos
  • Printed photographs made as per customer request
